MMA/Jiu-Jitsu Classes

Please wear a comfortable shirt and pair of training shorts for your first class. Beginners will learn basic stand-up skills such as punches and kicks, in addition to mid-range moves using elbows and knees. As you progress, you will also learn how to grapple and apply unique take-downs, incorporating jiu jitsu training and techniques. Building on basics, you will then do light to heavy sparring, putting together the various aspects of MMA fighting as you improve.

Classes are taught by an experienced MMA Instructor who has trained for many years and also participates in mixed martial arts sporting events as a fighter or ring-man.
