Please wear a comfortable shirt and pair of training shorts for your first class. Beginners will learn basic stand-up skills such as punches and kicks, in addition to mid-range moves using elbows and knees. As you progress, you will also learn how to grapple and apply unique take-downs, incorporating jiu jitsu training and techniques. Building on basics, you will then do light to heavy sparring, putting together the various aspects of MMA fighting as you improve.
